IF CONGRESS IS SERIOUS ABOUT ENERGY IN THIS COUNTRY HERE ARE 2 LEGISLATIONS WORTH CONSIDERING

THE CONGRESS OF OLD (AND THOSE WHO HAVE COME AND NOW GONE) HAD BANNED EVERYTHING ABOUT ENERGY CREATION IN THIS COUNTRY. AS THESE BANNED HAVE EXPIRED AND THE DAYS OF DESTRUCTION HAS COME TO ITS FRUITION, IT'S TIME TO CONSIDER THE FACT THAT THIS COUNTRY IS NO LONGER BOUND BY THESE LAWS ENACTED. THEY HAVE EXPIRED AND CONGRESS MUST ACT ACCORDINGLY.

The previous administration had opened up OCS areas on both coasts for leasing after a 25 year national ban expired in September 2008.
