LOOKS TO BE IT ONLY TOOK 8 YEARS OF A DEMOCRAT IN OFFICE AND THE POTUS BHO CHAOS LEFTIST STYLE MAY DELIVER BACK THE COMMUNIST BASE OF RUSSIAN ORIGIN FROM CUBA AND VIETNAM - AS RUSSIA UNDER THE PUTIN DECLARES A NEW ERA OF ENGAGEMENT AGAINST THE WEST

The Russian military is considering the possibility of regaining its Soviet-era bases on Cuba and in Vietnam, the Defense Ministry said Friday, a statement that comes amid growing U.S.-Russia tensions over Syria.
Deputy Defense Minister Nikolai Pankov told lawmakers Friday that the ministry is considering the possibility of establishing footholds far away from Russia's borders.
Responding to a lawmaker's question if the military could return to Cuba and Vietnam, Pankov said the military is "reviewing" a decision to withdraw from them, but didn't offer any specifics. "As for our presence on faraway outposts, we are doing this work," he said.

WHEN A CAUSE IS GREATER THAN YOU ARE AND YOU ARE WILLING TO SACRIFICE FOR WHAT IS RIGHT YOU CAN MOVE CONGRESS TO PASS A LAW TO PROTECT A WOMAN'S RIGHT AFTER A SEXUAL ASSAULT - AS AMANDA NGUYEN WALKS THE HALLS OF CONGRESS IN 2013 AND EVENTUAL WITH THE GROUP RISE TO FORCE THE JUGGERNAUT LEGISLATORS TO DO THE IMPOSSIBLE - AS THE POTUS BHO SIGNS INTO LAW TO PRESERVE EVIDENCE RAPE KITS IN SEXUAL ASSAULTS BEYOND THE 6 MONTHS - CONSIDER THAT THE RAPE CLOCK CAN BE RUN OUT BY THE ATTACKERS AFTER 6 MONTHS IF THE EVIDENCE CAN BE DISCARDED

.....Congressional aides say Nguyen began walking the halls of congressional office buildings in 2013, legislation in hand, looking for someone to take up the cause of ensuring evidence collected from rape victims is not destroyed after six months.
Her quest took her over countless feet of tile and concrete floors, and past ornate columns. Eventually, she headed to the Hart Senate Office Building on the Senate side, and found her way into the office of Sen. Jeanne Shaheen.
She first met with an aide to the New Hampshire Democrat, who quickly recognized the issue was worthy of quick action and one that could likely be shepherded to the president’s desk for his signature.
Soon after, Nguyen met with Shaheen, who has written that she was “deeply moved” by the 24-year-old’s story.
“The trauma of the assault was made worse by what came next as she sought justice. After reporting her assault, she experienced a criminal justice system that was working against her, not for her,” Shaheen wrote in a Medium post. “Amanda, and so many survivors like her, have to navigate a complex and cryptic maze of policies and laws that differ from state to state, jurisdiction to jurisdiction.”
Six months after meeting with Nguyen — a relative blink of an eye when it comes to moving legislation — Shaheen and fellow Democrats Judiciary ranking member Patrick J. Leahy of Vermont and Sen. Richard Blumenthal of Connecticut introduced an early version of the legislation.
Between those first July 2015 meetings and the bill’s introduction in February, aides say it underwent a thorough process that included numerous drafts......

ITS NO SECRET CHINA SUPPORTS N KOREA AMBITION OF THE FIRST STRIKE AGAINST THE WEST REPUBLIC FORM OF GOVERNMENT HAILING FREEDOM FOR ALL - AS CHINA SENDS ITS LAST STANCE THREATENING MESSAGE THAT S KOREA AND THE USA TO PAY THE PRICE FOR THE THAAD INSTALLATION THAT HOLDS THE COMMUNIST AT BAY IN THE PENINSULA WITH 4 NUCLEAR TESTS UNDER THE DEMOCRAT POTUS BHO'S OWN NOSE WATCHING

NUCLEAR MOB N KOREA POWER COMPARISON

N KOREA EXPLODES TWO NUC MOB IN 2016

The United States and South Korea are destined to "pay the price" for their decision to deploy an advanced missile defense system which will inevitably prompt a "counter attack", China's top newspaper said on Saturday.
Tension on the Korean peninsula has been high this year, beginning with North Korea's fourth nuclear test in January, which was followed by a satellite launch, a string of tests of various missiles, and its fifth and largest nuclear test last month.
In July, South Korea agreed with the United States to deploy the U.S. Terminal High Altitude Area Defense (THAAD) anti-missile system to protect against any North Korean threats.
South Korea aims to deploy the system on a golf course, a defense ministry official said on Friday.
But the plan has angered China, which worries that THAAD's powerful radar would compromise its security and do nothing to lower temperatures on the Korean peninsula.
In a commentary, the ruling Communist Party's official People's Daily said China's opposition to THAAD would never change as it was a serious threat to the regional strategic security balance.
"Like any other country, China can neither be vague nor indifferent on security matters that affect its core interests," the newspaper said in the commentary, published under the pen name "Zhong Sheng", meaning "Voice of China", often used to give views on foreign policy.
The United States and South Korea have to wake up to the fact that the Korean peninsula is no place to take risks, it added.

THE TRICKLE ECONOMY OF 1% TO 2.5% GDP GROWTH THAT HAS BECOME THE DEMOCRAT POTUS BHO PINNACLE ECONOMIC RECOVERY TO BE FOLLOWED BY THE SAME DEMOCRAT FOR POTUS 2016 HRC IF AND ONLY IF THE SAME DEMOCRAT GETS ELECTED IT WOULD SEEM AS PAST HISTORY REVEALS THE STIFLING ECONOMIC RECOVERY OF A DEMOCRAT IN THE WHITE HOUSE

The US economy expanded at a slightly faster pace in the spring than previously reported, aided by new-found strength in business construction.

The Commerce Department said Thursday the gross domestic product, the broadest measure of the economy, expanded at an annual pace of 1.4 percent in the April-June quarter. That is up from a previous estimate of 1.1 percent growth. Much of the upward revision reflected an increase in spending on structures such as office buildings.

The modest second quarter gain followed weaker readings of 0.8 percent GDP growth in the first quarter and 0.9 percent in the final three months of last year. Economists, however, believe the economy has accelerated in the current quarter, helped by strong consumer spending.

The latest GDP reading marked the government's third and final look at the second quarter.

Consumer spending, which accounts for 70 percent of economic activity, grew at a 4.3 percent rate in the second quarter. That is down slightly from a previous estimate of 4.4 percent but still the best showing since late 2014.

The economy slowed sharply in the fourth quarter of last year, and GDP growth has averaged just 1 percent over the past nine months. Much of that weakness reflected a sharp slowdown in the growth of inventories as businesses with unsold goods cut back on restocking their store shelves.

But economists believe the inventory correction has run its course, and inventory restocking will help fuel growth in the second half of this year.

Analysts at Macroeconomic Advisers are forecasting that growth will rebound to 3 percent in the current July-September quarter. They are forecasting a solid 2.4 percent increase in GDP for the final three months of this year.
