BHO brand of communism is little different. It has promised jobs but failed to deliver.

This is the same leader who told us that unemployment would never go above 8% on his watch. In fact, it has never been below 8% since the President's costly stimulus package went into effect. And the stimulus package itself is one of the reasons why.

On Friday, the President wasted no time informing the country that unemployment rates had dropped from 9.8 to 9.4%. That sounds pretty good, until you dig into the underlying numbers. Then it sounds dire.

Despite expectations that the U.S. would add 170,000 new jobs, only 100,000 were added in December. And yet the unemployment rate fell by .4%, a feat that would normally require the addition of up to 750,000 new jobs. How could the rate fall so dramatically with job gains of only 100,000?

Normally, an increase of 100,000 jobs would not even absorb the number of new entrants (new graduates, immigrants, and those returning to the work force) to the labor market. But we're told that 100,000 jobs have lowered the unemployment rate by .4%. It sounds like someone at the Department of Labor is cooking the books (something I've suspected at times but never been able to prove). Actually, there is a very logical explanation for this anomaly.

How can 100,000 new jobs drop the rate by .4% when it would normally take an increase of 750,000 jobs to do so? Simple: 650,000 people stopped looking for work. Maybe that was because they preferred to stay home collecting the unemployment checks that the lame-duck Democratic Congress so generously extended. Or maybe they just gave up and stopped looking. Either way, it's nothing for the President to brag about.

Conservatives need to focus like a proverbial laser on Obama's failure to create  jobs, and they need to articulate the reasons for that failure. Those reasons are not hard to identify: new regulation, taxes, an activist Justice Department, and a general tone of hostility toward business. Even discounting his many other failures and liabilities, the jobs record alone should be enough to deny Obama a second term.

THE MEDIA HAS A DISGUST FASCINATION WITH SARAH PALIN & THE TEA PARTY

THE LOVELY LEFTIST MEDIA MUST BE SO AFRAID OF SARAH PALIN AND THE TEA PARTY THAT THEY ARE WILLING TO STAKE THEIR CREDIBILITY (WHATEVER IS LEFT OF IT) BY BRINGING HER DOWN BY BLAMING THIS TRAGIC KILLINGS IN TUCSON ARIZONA. HOME OF THE O.K. CORAL, TOMBSTONE, AZ) .

THERE'S NO LIBERAL BIAS HERE MOVE ALONG MOVE ALONG......

Even as the early, sketchy details of the shooting incident in Arizona were still emerging some members of the left-leaning media were already trying to tie the killer to Tea Party activism in general and Sarah Palin in particular. Andrew Sullivan of the Atlantic.com was early to attempt to link lunatic killer Jared Loughner to the Tea Party, but he wasn’t the only one. The Washington Post’s Sandhya Somashekhar immediately attempted to color the story as an example of the “militant rhetoric” of the Tea Party movement and Sarah Palin.

http://www.lucianne.com/thread/?artnum=588563

As to Andrew Sullivan, on his DailyDish blog for the Atlantic, Sullivan posted an unconfirmed and anonymous claim from “a reader” who claimed to have heard people in a store callously saying that they were glad that a Republican could be appointed to replace the wounded Giffords. This “reader” also claimed that one of them said, “Well, that’s to be expected when you’re so liberal.”

Then there is Hollyweird. Anti-American, hatemonger and Hollywood Actress Jane Fonda went even farther than those mentioned above. Commie Jane took to Twitter and directly blamed the Tea Party movement and Sarah Palin. Fonda, a well-known supporter of America’s enemies, wrote: “@SarahPalinUSA holds responsibility. As does the violence-provoking rhetoric of the Tea Party.” Fonda also wrote, “Glen Beck guilty too. Shame. It must stop!”

This man is obviously an anti-Christian, anti-government, conspiracy nut with anti-federal reserve ideas and delusions that he knows all and sees all the “brainwash” going on out there. This man is mentally ill and his ideas are mixed up between left and right with obvious paranoia underlying it all.
Tea Partier? Hardly. Yet the far left Old Media insists on making of him a conservative, Tea Party member despite the facts.
Whatever the final facts are that we find out about this crime, the early assumptions by the Old Media linking this incident to conservatives is irresponsible.

WE KNOW WHAT THEIR AGENDA IS AND THAT IS TO STOP THE LOVING NEW MOVEMENT TO RIGHT THIS COUNTRY FROM BEING DESTROYED. THIS IS A PEACEFUL DEMONSTRATION AS ALREADY BEEN DEMONSTRATED BY THE 8/28/2010 PEACEFUL GATHERING.

WHERE WAS THE MEDIA ON THAT 8/28/2010 EVENT.

BANK GIANTS LIKE B of A LOVES CUSTOMERS

THE 111th CONGRESS LEGISLATION DISASTER CONTINUES TO HAUNT THE PEOPLE. THE LEGISLATION FLAUNTED TO HELP THE PEOPLE BACKFIRES. QUIT HELPING US ALREADY CONGRESS.

The fact that they’re doing it is not really a surprise — after the passage of the consumer-credit law, we all knew banks would seek revenue elsewhere — but the size of the fees Bank of America Corp. plans to levy on some customers may be unexpected: as much as $300 a year for some accounts.

Bank of America, like rival banks, is instituting new fees and imposing others as it grapples with revenue lost to regulatory and other changes. Competitors such as J.P. Morgan Chase & Co. and Wells Fargo & Co.  already have slapped new fees on checking accounts.

MEANWHILE BEHIND THE SCENES BHO PLANS AN INTERNET ID VIA CZAR Schmidt

(THEY JUST CAN'T TAKE THE FACT THAT  INTERNET IS A BASTION FOR FREEDOM. BIG GOV MUST CONTROL IT BY ALL MEANS POSSIBLE.)

President Obama is putting plans in motion to give the Commerce Department authority to create an Internet ID for all Americans, a White House official told CNET.com.
White House Cybersecurity Coordinator Howard Schmidt told the website it is "the absolute perfect spot in the U.S. government" to centralize efforts toward creating an "identity ecosystem" for the Internet.

Schmidt stresses that anonymity will remain on the Internet, saying there's no chance that "a centralized database will emerge."

Obama to hand Commerce Dept. authority over cybersecurity ID

STANFORD, Calif.--President Obama is planning to hand the U.S. Commerce Department authority over a forthcoming cybersecurity effort to create an Internet ID for Americans, a White House official said here today.
It's "the absolute perfect spot in the U.S. government" to centralize efforts toward creating an "identity ecosystem" for the Internet, White House Cybersecurity Coordinator Howard Schmidt said.

That news, first reported by CNET, effectively pushes the department to the forefront of the issue, beating out other potential candidates, including the National Security Agency and the Department of Homeland Security. The move also is likely to please privacy and civil-liberties groups that have raised concerns in the past over the dual roles of police and intelligence agencies.

Interviewed via phone on FOX NEWS with Shepard Smith, Linda Lopez said the TEA PARTY attacked Giffords, and had terrible words to say about her...essentially blaming the TEA PARTY for her shooting.

Founder Of Daily Kos Politicizes Shooting Tragedy, Tweets “Mission Accomplished, Sarah Palin”
It really takes a certain kind of person to use a tragedy to do to something of this magnitude.

Liberal blogger and founder of the Daily Kos, Markos Moulitsas, tweeted “Mission Accomplished, Sarah Palin” after the horrific shooting at a grocery in Tuscon, Arizona that left Democratic Congresswoman Gabrielle Giffords in critical condition, took the lives of 6 people, and left 12 others injured.

Moulitsas, who goes by the twitter handle @markos, politicized the situation placing the blame on Sarah Palin, the lowest level one could possibly hit. The following is a screen shot of his “Mission Accomplished, Sarah Palin” tweet. Click the image to enlarge.

Federal law enforcement officials were poring over captured versions of a MySpace page that belonged to Jared Loughner and over Youtube video published to the Internet weeks ago under an account “Classitup10” and linked to him. The MySpace page, which was removed within minutes of the gunman being identified by U.S. officials, included a mysterious “Goodbye friends” message published hours before the shooting and exhorted his friends to “Please don’t be mad at me.”

COMMENT:
Your not missing anything its ramblings of someone unhinged. Odd individual to say the least, of course Glenn will be the first one to be blamed by the left with ZERO reason or proof. Then this will all be tagged to the TEA party and conservative movement. Then it will be gun owners fault and demand for weapon restrictions….
His favorite books: The Communist Manifesto, Mein Kampf…

Miss Giffords, a Democrat congresswoman, was shot in the head during a public meeting in Tucson, Arizona.

A lone gunman, described by witnesses as being a white man in his late teens or early twenties, fired into a crowd gathered for a "Congress in your Corner" event outside a supermarket.
Her father Spencer Giffords, 75, wept when asked if his 40-year-old daughter had any enemies.
"Yeah," he told The New York Post. "The whole tea party."

Sarah Palin issued a statement shortly after the shooting.
"My sincere condolences are offered to the family of Rep. Gabrielle Giffords and the other victims of today's tragic shooting in Arizona," she said.
"On behalf of Todd and my family, we all pray for the victims and their families, and for peace and justice."

(WE WILL NOT BE BOXED INTO THE SAME LEFT WING RHETORIC THAT HAPPEN IN 1995 WITH THE OKLAHOMA BOMBING WHEN CLINTON OUTWARDLY BLAMED THE RIGHT.)

Tea Party Nation founder Judson Phillips condemned the attack on Giffords, but warned backers that the Tea Party movement would have to defend itself from attacks by political opponents.
"While we need to take a moment to extend our sympathies to the families of those who died, we cannot allow the hard left to do what it tried to do in 1995 after the Oklahoma City bombing," he said.

THEY JUST LOVE TO BLAME THOSE WILLING TO DO THE WORK OF FIXING THEIR DESTRUCTION

Democrats are reveling this week as GOP leaders have walked back some of their top campaign promises just days after taking control of the lower chamber.

Complicating the picture for the Republicans, the Congressional Budget Office (CBO), the neutral scorekeeper of legislative costs, estimated this week that the repeal bill will add $230 billion to federal deficits over the next 10 years, with costs exploding even further in the following decade.

Rep. Louise Slaughter (N.Y.) the top-ranking Democrat on the Rules Committee, went after GOP leaders for allowing no amendments — and scant debate — on their healthcare repeal bill, which is scheduled for a vote on Wednesday.

"It violates all the promises we heard from our Republican friends — no public hearings; no committee consideration; a completely closed process; legislative text that no member has read; four minutes of debate on an important constitutional issue; and on and on," she said. "I hope that this disappointing first effort will not be a pattern for the future."

(THE REPEAL BILL IS 2 PAGES LONG. CAN"T THEY READ A TWO PAGE BILL???): http://henrypatrick1736.blogspot.com/2011/01/repeal-obamacare-goes-online.html

AS FAR AS THE DEFICIT INCREASE OF $230 BILLION ON BHOCARE REPEAL : 770 BILLION TAX ELIMINATION - 540 BILLION SPENDING CUTS = 230 BILLION DEFICIT.

WHAT KIND OF DEFICIT MATH IS THIS?  VOODOO MATHEMATICS TO ME.

The Congressional Budget Office, in an email to Capitol Hill staffers obtained by the Spectator, has said that repealing the national health care law would reduce net spending by $540 billion in the ten year period from 2012 through 2021. That number represents the cost of the new provisions, minus Medicare cuts. Repealing the bill would also eliminate $770 billion in taxes. It's the tax hikes in the health care law (along with the Medicare cuts) which accounts for the $230 billion in deficit reduction.

2009-2010 LIST OF FAILED BANKS... REMINISCENT OF GREAT DEPRESSION

THE MAIN TRIGGER OF THE LAST GREAT DEPRESSION WAS BANKS DABBLING IN FUTURE INVESTMENTS IN THE STOCK MARKET. WHEN THE MARKET CRASHED IT TOOK DOWN THE BANKING INDUSTRY CREATING THE ECONOMIC CONDITION FOR THE GREAT DEPRESSION. AND DON'T FORGET THAT EXTENDING THE YEARS OF RECOVERY WAS LEGISLATION OF PROTECTIONISM (TARIFFS ON IMPORTS)  IN INTERNATIONAL TRADE CREATING RETALIATION FROM OTHER NATIONS. THUS FDIC WAS CREATED TO PROTECT WE THE PEOPLE.

TODAY THE SAME BEHAVIOR IN INVESTING CAUSED OUR MARKET TO COLLAPSE AND IN THE HEART OF IT WERE THE BANKS.

This list shows the U.S. banks that have failed since the beginning of the year, and is updated weekly.
Most of the banks are acquired, and the cost to the Deposit Insurance Fund, or DIF, which backs up the FDIC's promise to reimburse customers, is listed in the right column.
For more about how the FDIC is handling bank failures, see "FDIC deals with mounting bank failures," and FDIC spokesman David Barr's interview with Bankrate.

IN 2010 137 banks CLOSED AT AN FDIC COST 21.054 BILLION
IN 2009 137 banks CLOSED AT AN FDIC COST 38.119 BILLION
