Minnesota's Socialist Representative speaks

Congressman: Dems Must ‘Create a Real Crisis’ to Force GOP on Tax Cut.

In an interview with his home state’s public radio Thursday, Minnesota’s Democratic Rep. Keith Ellison suggested that Democratic lawmakers “need to create a real crisis” to force Republicans to renegotiate President Obama’s tax cut compromise.
As we’ve reported, Obama’s compromise would extend Bush-era tax cuts for all Americans while renewing public assistance to keep 2 million Americans from dropping off unemployment rolls in the coming weeks. On Thursday, a majority of House Democrats voted to reject the deal, including Ellison, the recently elected co-chair of the House Progressive Caucus.
Following the vote, Ellison told Minnesota public radio that he thinks Democrats “need to create a real crisis here so that the Republicans will have to answer for denying Americans unemployment benefits on the eve of the Christmas holiday. We let them off the hook in my opinion.”
Though Ellison praised President Obama for his deal-making, he went on to say that Republicans “exploited the president’s compassion for people“ and Democrats ”should have bargained harder because… we’re going to fundamentally shift the income spread in this country.”

Jersey shores fight for Justice appointment

Chris Christie’s fights with the teachers’ unions in New Jersey have been well documented in the national press and conservative blogosphere.  However, Christie has been engaged in another, possibly more significant fight over reforming the New Jersey Supreme Court that has, until now received relatively scant amounts of national attention. As detailed in the New York Times and the WSJ ($), the fight erupted in May when Christie exercised his (admittedly seldom-used) prerogative to not re-appoint the liberal John E. Wallace to the New Jersey State Supreme Court.
As we have seen all too often at both the State and Federal level, liberals view the judiciary as a useful tool to undo anything they don’t like which is done by the legislature or, in this case, the governor. Therefore, Christie’s (absolutely legal) attempts to change the composition of the court were seen as a direct threat to their most sacred institution. Accordingly, the New Jersey Senate, led by Democrat Stephen Sweeney, refused to allow a vote to confirm Anne Patterson, Christie’s nominee to replace Wallace. Thus far everything that had occurred in this fight could be chalked up to political posturing.
However, New Jersey Supreme Court Chief Justice Stuart Rabner then took a step which raised the specter of possible coordination between Rabner and Sweeney by unconstitutionally elevating Edwin Stern, a Court of Appeals judge to the New Jersey Supreme Court (thus bypassing Christie’s right to nominate the next appointee, and the Senate’s vote on confirmation of that nominee), despite the fact that the New Jersey Supreme Court had a five-member quorum even in Wallace’s absence.  This naked power grab was so appalling that McGreevey appointee Justice Roberto Rivera-Soto stunned observers on Friday by noting, at the end of a published opinion, that he would be abstaining from all decisions as long as Stern remained on the Court.  Now, as highlighted above, the national media is starting to take notice of this incredible story as it plays out in New Jersey.
In typically Orwellian fashion, the New Jersey Democrats have accused Christie throughout the process of playing politics with the Court. Justice Rivera-Soto has exposed very plainly that it is really Sweeney (working hand in hand with Rabner) and the rest of the New Jersey Democrats who are playing politics with Justice.
Many who are watching Christie with a view towards a possible Presidential run in 2012 or 2016 have some concerns about Christie on socially conservative issues. If Gov. Christie displays a willingness to fight for conservative judicial nominees with the same fervor that he fights against corrupt unions, that would go a long way towards allaying all those fears. Let’s hope that Christie does the right thing, and shows the way to the slough of new GOP governors who were elected this year.

TRADE Deficit OCTOBER 2010

The U.S. trade deficit fell to its lowest level in nine months in October. A weaker dollar and stronger economic growth overseas pushed U.S. exports to their highest level in more than two years. Below are the five countries that buy the most U.S. goods and what the U.S. sells them:

Top U.S. goods export destinations
Canada $22.13billion
Mexico $15.4billion
China $9.3billion
Japan $5.6billion
Germany $4.4billion

http://www.foxnews.com/us/2010/12/10/foreign-buyers-exports-glance/

The Nation's international trade deficit in goods and services decreased to $38.7 billion in October from $44.6 billion (revised) in September, as exports increased and imports decreased.

Exports increased to $158.7 billion in October from $153.8 billion in September. Goods were $112.3 billion in October, up from $107.8 billion in September, and services were $46.4 billion in October, up from $46.0 billion in September.
Imports decreased to $197.4 billion in October from $198.4 billion in September. Goods were $163.7 billion in October, down from $164.9 billion in September, and services were $33.7 billion in October, up from $33.5 billion in September.

KEEPING THE CURRENT TAX RATE BILL

Here is the final damaging tally on keeping the current tax rates:
The Senate will vote on 3 p.m. Monday to move to the bill. House and Senate Democratic leaders are aiming to complete their work by Friday.

Bipartisan tax plan will cost $857 billion over 10 years, say estimates.

The score of the bipartisan tax legislation shows a loss of $721 billion in revenue over the next decade. (Meaning NO TAXES TAKEN FROM WE THE PEOPLE)

To extend all the Bush-era tax cuts from 2001 and 2003, including the income tax rate changes, capital gains, dividends other tax breaks included in the 2009 economic stimulus will cost more than $407 billion over 10 years, according to estimates released by the JCT.

the two-year patch for the alternative minimum tax will cost $136 billion,

the estate tax of a 35 percent rate with an exemption up to $5 million will cost $68 billion

the one-year two percentage points reduction of the payroll tax for employers has an estimated cost of $111.6 billion (THIS IS THE ONLY STIMULUS)

The 13-month extension of unemployment benefits including in the package adds about $56 billion to the deficit. (NOT PAID FOR - THIS IS A DEFICIT)

The main addition to the bill is a one-year extension of a program that provides cash grants in lieu of a tax credit for the construction of new solar and wind energy projects, which was part of the 2009 economic stimulus bill, at an additional cost of $2.9 billion (EARMARKS NOT PAID FOR - THIS IS A DEFICIT)

Almost $5 billion in subsidies for corn-based ethanol and a continuing tariff to protect against ethanol imports were wrapped up and placed on the tree Thursday night for farm-state lawmakers and agribusiness lobbyists

TOTAL = 857BILLION OVER 10 YEARS

BREAKDOWN:
611BILLION= 68+136+407  KEEPING THE CURRENT TAX RATE for WE THE PEOPLE
111.6BILLION = STIMULUS (NOT PAID FOR payroll redux)
63.9 BILLION= 5+2.9+56 (NOT PAID FOR - earmark and unemployment)

mmmmh so when you add 611+111.6+58.9 = 786.5BILLION. there's a difference of 70.5billion.

Regardless, 611Billion of the current tax rate will not come out of our pockets.
175.5BILLION is unpaid for.

SO MUCH FOR BALANCING THE BUDGET ONCE AGAIN. WHERE'S THE SPENDING CUTS HERE? HOW ABOUT ADDING A SPENDING CUT EARMARKS. OH BETTER YET OPENING UP YUCCA MOUNTAIN SO JOBS ARE CREATED TRANSPORTING WASTE TO THE HONORABLE HARRY REID'S BACKYARD.  In 1987, Congress amended the NWPA by designating Yucca
Mountain as the only option for a longer-term storage site by a vote of 237-181 in the House of Representatives and 61-28 in the Senate. Congress reaffirmed Yucca Mountain's designation as the only option for a long-term storage site in 2002 by a vote of 306-117 in the House of Representatives and 60-39 in the Senate.

OH ANOTHER GREAT IDEA OPENING UP THE ARTIC FOR OIL EXPLORATION.
AS A JOB LEGISLATION.

WHY DO THEY CALL THIS A TAX CUT? ITS KEEPING THE CURRENT TAX RATES

Here's an article from Washington "comp" Post.

The final package - which contains $801 billion in tax cuts paired with a $57 billion extension of emergency jobless benefits (NOT PAID FOR) - was drafted by the White House and lawmakers in both parties and is intended to boost the economy. But its final shape emphasizes the lingering disconnect between high-flown concerns about the mounting national debt and the ground-level reluctance to raise taxes or demand other public sacrifices necessary to reduce government borrowing.

Why can't we stop spending period!!!!

Here's a bit of an eye opener on gas pricing

You know the adage that slowly heating a frog in hot water will not make it freak out. Will that applies to us too.
Gas price in Jan 2009 was $1.81. Now in Dec 2010 pricing is around $2.89 ($2.99 in FL). This administration has failed us in so many ways. We have high unemployment, a recessive economy, housing foreclosures and soon to have skyrocketing energy pricing and all we get are more regulation limiting access to energy that this country so gravely needs.

Gas prices have risen $1 since just after President Obama took office in January 2009 and are now closing in on the $3 mark, prompting an evaluation of the administration's energy record and calls for the White House to open more U.S. land for oil exploration.

Gas prices have been on a roller-coaster ride over the past decade, dropping to near $1 after President George W. Bush's first year in office, crossing the $2 mark in 2005 and reaching $4 in June 2008 before Congress and Mr. Bush took action, lifting presidential and congressionally imposed moratoriums on expanding offshore drilling on the Outer Continental Shelf.

"The reason that it dropped is because the U.S. sent a signal to the markets, by dropping the moratoria, that we're going to drill on our lands. Obviously, we never followed up, and thus you see the crisis gradually rising," said Rep. Doc Hastings of Washington, the ranking Republican on the Natural Resources Committee.

Judge rules It depends on what the meaning of the word 'appear' is

Ok. The law states - State law says write in votes should be counted if the name “as it appears on the write-in declaration of candidacy, of the candidate or the last name of the candidate is written in the space provided.”
How can appear be appear be appear? When your a liberal Judge who loves to make laws. Superior Court Judge William Carey ruled against tea party-favorite Republican Joe Miller. How many times can you write Judge William Carey and still call it Judge William Carey? It appears like a pink elephant was brought in to make a judgement.

The Wall Street Journal adds that the Murkowski camp anticipates Miller will appeal Friday’s decision to the Alaska Supreme Court, which may consider the case as early as next week.  The expedited schedule would allow Murkowski to begin a new Senate term when the 112th Congress convenes in January.

ANOTHER OUTSTANDING JOB BY THE TSA.

AND SO MUCH FOR SCANNERS FINDING THIS ONE. WHAT WASTED MACHINE AND A JOKE.

BOSTON -- A Massachusetts prosecutor said Friday it's likely that a North Carolina teen whose mutilated body was found in a Boston suburb fell from the sky after stowing away in an airplane's wheel well.

Keating said an autopsy showed trauma to Tisdale's body "was consistent with a fall from a significant height."
...detectives visited the Charlotte airport to take samples of grease used in maintaining the planes, to see if it matched grease found Tisdale's pants. (Those tests are pending.) That's when they found scuff marks and the handprint in the wheel well, Keating said.
Keating acknowledged it initially seemed like a remote possibility that a teen could sneak onto a commercial jet.

FIRST AMENDMENT RIGHTS... by Ron Paul

RON PAULS OPENING EYE QUESTION OF WIKILEAKS

Number 1: Do the America People deserve know the truth regarding the ongoing wars in Iraq, Afghanistan, Pakistan and Yemen?
Number 2: Could a larger question be how can an army private access so much secret information?
Number 3: Why is the hostility directed at Assange, the publisher, and not at our governments failure to protect classified information?
Number 4: Are we getting our moneys worth of the 80 Billion dollars per year spent on intelligence gathering?
Number 5: Which has resulted in the greatest number of deaths: lying us into war or Wikileaks revelations or the release of the Pentagon Papers?
Number 6: If Assange can be convicted of a crime for publishing information that he did not steal, what does this say about the future of the first amendment and the independence of the internet?
Number 7: Could it be that the real reason for the near universal attacks on Wikileaks is more about secretly maintaining a seriously flawed foreign policy of empire than it is about national security?
Number 8: Is there not a huge difference between releasing secret information to help the enemy in a time of declared war, which is treason, and the releasing of information to expose our government lies that promote secret wars, death and corruption?

PORKIE PIG HAS COME OUT aka Honorable SEN Harry Reid

THE CURRRENT TAX RATE BILL HAS PORK ADDDED TO IT THANKS TO OUR DEMOCRATIC FRIENDS. APPARENTLY THEY HAVE PARACHUTES SAVING THEIR BOOTIES WHILE THE REST OF US WILL PAY THROUGH THE NOSE FOR THIS PORKIELOUS LEGISLATION.

It also includes a one-year extension of a 45-cent-a-gallon tax credit for fuel made from ethanol, a provision sought by farm-state lawmakers. (WHY DO THIS TAX CREDIT. THIS FUEL ADDITIVE ethanol ONLY RAISES FOOD PRICES WHICH USES CORN BYPRODUCTS)
Tax provisions in the package will cost $801 billion over 10 years, according to Congress's bipartisan Joint Committee on Taxation. A 13-month extension of enhanced benefits for the long-term unemployed adds $57 billion. 801 Billion including the 57Billion is unpaid for .

Well now Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid (D–NV) has submitted a bill, and it is clear that negotiations are still very much open … at least for the left. Politico reports that in order to buy the votes of Senators Maria Cantwell (Class 1 D–WA) and Barbara Boxer (D–CA), Reid added cash subsidies for wind and solar corporations that were originally part of Obama’s first failed stimulus. And Senator Tom Harkin (D–IA) was also able to trade his vote for more ethanol subsidies. Other "sweeteners" added to buy leftist Senate votes include subsidies for energy-efficient appliances and mass-transit benefits for employees.

A GREAT EXPLAINATION HOW LOWER TAX INCREASES THE COFER

WHEN HISTORY IS OUR GUIDE THEN THIS SPEAKS VOLUMES:

Walter E. Williams, the John M. Olin Distinguished Professor of Economics at George Mason University, said tax revenue is not the problem.
"The federal government has collected just about 20 percent of the nation's GDP almost every year since 1960. Federal spending has exceeded revenue for most of that period and has taken an unprecedented leap since 2008 to produce today's massive deficit. Since federal spending is the problem, that's where our focus should be."
And Thomas Sowell, senior fellow at the Hoover Institution in Stanford, Calif., said neither do numbers lie.
"In 1920, when the top tax rate was 73 percent, for people making over $100,000 a year, the federal government collected just over $700 million in income taxes – and 30 percent of that was paid by people making over $100,000. After a series of tax cuts brought the top rate down to 24 percent, the federal government collected more than a billion dollars in income tax revenue – and people making over $100,000 a year now paid 65 percent of the taxes," he wrote.

"How could that be? The answer is simple: People behave differently when tax rates are high as compared to when they are low. With low tax rates, they take their money out of tax shelters and put it to work in the economy, benefitting themselves, the economy and government, which collects more money in taxes because incomes rise," he said. "High tax rates, which very few people are actually paying, because of tax shelters, do not bring in as much revenue as lower tax rates that people are paying. It was much the same story after tax cuts during the Kennedy administration, the Reagan administration and the Bush administration."

SO WHAT ABOUT THE OATH TO THE COUNTRY

So the oath to defend the US means nothing to these people. Especially the Honorable Senator Harry Reid (D-Nev). Go ahead sell out the whole country, sell the FARM and give all our jobs away. This is treacherous.
“I, AB, do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well faithfully discharge the duties of the office on which I am about to enter. So help me God.”

Report: Dems Helping Chinese Get $450 Million in Stimulus Money
A Chinese-run wind farm in Texas is hoping to get $450 million in stimulus money, and the effort and its backers are being connected to a group of Washington lobbyists and a prominent Democratic politician.
The extensive investigative report by MSNBC connects powerful Democratic donors and Sen. Harry Reid (D-NV) to the Chinese company behind the project:
WASHINGTON — Top Democratic fundraisers and lobbyists with links to the White House are behind a proposed wind farm in Texas that stands to get $450 million in stimulus money, even though a Chinese company would operate the farm and its turbines would be built in China.
The farm’s backers also have close ties with Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid, D-Nev., who, at the height of his hard-fought re-election bid this fall, helped blunt congressional criticism over stimulus dollars possibly going to create jobs in China by endorsing a proposal by the Chinese company to build a factory in his home state. Although his campaign received thousands of dollars in donations from the wind farm’s backers and Reid stood on stage with them at a campaign event they hosted, his office declined to answer any questions about the wind farm’s organizers or their plans for Nevada.
The wind farm, first announced more than a year ago, would consist of 300 2-megawatt wind turbines, each perched atop a 26-story-tall steel tower and spinning three blades — each half the length of a football field. The farm would span three counties and 36,000 acres in West Texas land best known for its oil.  Dubbed the Spinning Star wind farm, the project’s 600-megawatt capacity is, theoretically, enough to power 180,000 American homes and would be the sixth-largest wind farm in the country.
It is being planned by an unusual joint partnership between the U.S. Renewable Energy Group, a Dallas investment firm with strong ties to Washington and the Democratic Party, and A-Power Energy Generation Systems, an upstart Chinese supplier of wind turbines. Filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission indicate the Chinese are bringing financing and the turbines.
What the Americans are supplying is the local know-how and political clout in Washington, where decisions on how to distribute billions in loan guarantees, stimulus grants and financial incentives are made.
The clock is ticking for Spinning Star: To claim the stimulus grant it must arrange its financing and begin work on the wind farm by Dec. 31. Besides the $450 million stimulus grant, A-Power’s SEC filings indicate the joint-venture also will pursue a Department of Energy-backed loan guarantee. According to the SEC filings, the project is waiting to hear if it will receive the loan guarantee before financing will follow to build the turbines.

Florida Senate voted 9-2 on proposed FL Constitutional amendment against BHOCARE

Health care repeal amendment clears first panel
by Keith Laing
The News Service of Florida
12/09/2010

After being fast-tracked through its first committee stop Wednesday, a proposed constitutional amendment to prevent the federal government from compelling people to participate in any health care system could be the first bill passed during next year’s session, Senate President Mike Haridopolos said Wednesday.

The resolution, SJR 2, easily cleared the Senate Health Regulation Committee, with only the Democratic members of the panel, Sens. Jeremy Ring (D-Margate) and Eleanor Sobel (D-Hollywood), voting against it.

The proposal is a tweaked version of what would have been Amendment 9 in this year’s election had the Florida Supreme Court not thrown the question off the ballot.

The 9-2 vote Wednesday came a week before the next round of legal hearings in the lawsuit filed by Florida and 19 other states over the health care law.

But a vote on a constitutional amendment could not happen for at least two years. Haridopolos said Wednesday it was important to try again to allow voters to weigh in, even if the issue may be decided by the federal courts by the time they have the chance.

Haridopolos noted that the proposed constitutional amendment that started working through the Legislature Wednesday is changed a bit from last year’s, in deference to the Supreme Court’s concerns that kept it off the ballot. ...

The House on Wednesday approved a $1.1 trillion continuing resolution (CR) funding the government through Sept. 30, 2011.

With this increase, the act includes $513 billion overall for the Department of Defense. It has $501.4 billion for all other appropriations.
Foreign aid programs, however, would receive a $2.2 billion.

The measure passed over Republican protests that it still spends too much money and caps an unprecedented collapse of the federal budget process in which not a single one of the 12 annual spending bills has yet passed Congress. Ten of 12 House bills haven't even been made public.

AN HONORABLE SENATOR ON BHOCARE (KILL TO REIN DEBT)

We have sanity back.  Sen. George LeMieux (R-FL) contends that any attempt to rein in the deficit has to include repealing President Barack Obama’s healthcare law. But the president’s deficit commission took a courageous step in the right direction with its $4 trillion belt-tightening recommendations, the Florida Republican told Newsmax.TV in an exclusive interview.

THEY WILL NEVER GIVE UP UNTIL THIS ECONOMY TAKES A DEEPER DIVE

As the compromise has been set by the Honorable President BHO, more democrats squeal even more. This is the norm. They will never be happy unless they spend, take more, of we WE THE PEOPLE money. They can't get it through their thick skull that taxes are not for them and is not owned by them. Those corruptible bastards will never change until WE THE PEOPLE give them an attitude adjustment in 2012.

Sen. Mark Udall (D-Colo.) joined Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-Vt.) in stating his opposition to the deal.
Sen. Mary Landrieu (D-La.) said she couldn’t believe Obama agreed to extend tax cuts for families...
Sen. Frank Lautenberg (D-N.J.) said Obama paid a “ransom” to get a deal with Republicans.
Sen. Barbara Mikulski (D-Md.) said she was concerned about the proposal to cut payroll taxes that fund Social Security by 2 percentage points.
The compromise is "something that's not done yet," said Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid, D-Nev. "We're going to have to do some more work,"
Sen. Tom Harkin, D-Iowa, said he intended to oppose the new proposal barring changes. "It didn't wind up in a good end. The deal as struck is not the best deal for our country," he said.
DO THE SAME BUSINESS AS USUAL--"If we don't vote for this, what happens — not politically, but economically? If we do vote for it, how sure can we be that it will, in effect, spawn jobs pump the economy?" said Sen. Dianne Feinstein, D-Calif.

Rep Barney Frank (D-Mass) he opposes the deal because he believes there are better ways to stimulate the economy than re-authorizing the high-end tax cuts. "No, I won't vote for it. I don't feel that I should be coerced," Frank said.

Fox has learned that Reps. Peter DeFazio (D-OR), Jim McDermott (D-WA) and Jay Inslee (D-WA) are crafting a letter to share with the House Democratic Caucus that would try to prevent the Speaker from bringing the tax bill to the floor.

Rep Nancy Pelosi (D-Ca) In a statement, Pelosi, a Democrat, complained that some of the provisions announced on Monday by Obama help only the wealthiest 3 percent of taxpayers and would fail to create jobs while adding billions of dollars to U.S. government deficits.

LET ME REITERATE. THERE's NO TAX CUTS HERE IT's MAINTAINING THE CURRENT TAX RATE. IT's TO STOP THE DAMAGE FOR THE NEXT 2 YEARS.
Rep Rangle (D-Ny) - Let's raise the death tax to 55% instead of holding it to 35% above 5million. (Below 5million exempt) "We're talking about the actual loss of revenue," he said Wednesday, defending his concerns about tax breaks for the wealthy. "We're talking dollars and cents."
Rep Mark Udall, (D-N.M) "I feel like we are suffering from the worst possible case of collective short-term memory loss," Sen. Mark Udall, D-N.M., said in a written statement, noting the warnings of the president's debt commission.

Rep Anthony Wiener (D-Ny) When a congressman views WE THE PEOPLE with disrespect you get comments like this.
When Megyn Kelly presses for an explanation of how Democrats justify an estate/death tax, Rep. Weiner responds, "You aren't paying anything in that case cause you'll be dead."

THIS PROVES ONCE AND FOR ALL BHOCARE IS A BUST

Approved Applications for Waiver of the Annual Limits Requirements of the PHS Act Section 2711 as of December 3, 2010

THE LIST 222 COMPANIES AND IS GROWING...

Applications for waivers from annual limit requirements are reviewed on a case by case basis by Department officials who look at a series of factors including whether or not a premium increase is large or if a significant number of  enrollees would lose access to their current plan because the coverage would not be offered in the absence of a waiver.  More detailed information on specific criteria can be found at: http://www.blogger.com/ociio/regulations/11-05-2010annual_limits_waiver_bulletin.pdf.  Approved applicants are granted an annual limit waiver for one year.  The Office of Consumer Information and Insurance Oversight’s sub-regulatory guidance on the process for obtaining waivers of the annual limits requirements may be found at: http://www.hhs.gov/ociio/regulations/patient/ociio_2010-1_20100903_508.pdf

LIBERALS HATE EVERYTHING PALIN AND WILL HAVE GOVERNMENT DO THEIR DIRTY WORK

DECEMBER 6--In the days after Bristol Palin was voted into the finals of “Dancing with the Stars,” viewers from across the country wrote to the Federal Communications Commission accusing the ABC show of everything from running a “payola type program” to “encouraging and promoting teen pregnancy.”
Many of the complainants, whose letters were obtained through a Freedom of Information Act request, were upset that, as one Oregonian put it, “the top scores were voted off yet Sarah Palin’s daughter remained on.”

This sounds so much like the Kremlin. Destroy those who you can't subvert.

PLEASE BRING THEM HOME NOW!!!!!
A marine stationed in southern Afghanistan's volatile Helmand province told The Examiner that efforts to detain insurgent fighters are "worthless."
Earlier this year, his unit held a man known to be working with the Taliban. The Marines had gathered evidence that the man was transporting hundreds of pounds of bomb-making equipment and explosives for the Taliban. But, shortly after they captured him, he was set free.
"Less than two weeks later, we saw the same guy walking through the bazaar," said the marine, who spoke on condition that he not be named. "He recognized us. I wanted to shoot him right then and there. We got the guy, and yet there he was, walking around planning to kill again, and we couldn't do a thing about it."

THE KICKING AND DRAGGING CONTINUES AS THE REPUBLICANS PUSH THE CURRENT TAX RATE

THE BLAMING CONTINUES AS THE REPUBLICANS DRAGS THE PRESIDENT INTO A COMPROMISE. BUT A COMPROMISE THAT WILL COST 56 BILLION MORE ON THE BUDGET DEFICIT. AFTER WATCHING THE NEWS WITH THE PRESIDENT EXPLAINING THE COMPROMISE. HE WAS SURE UNPLEASANT ABOUT THE COMPROMISE AND STILL DOING THE BLAME GAME.
THE COMPROMISE.....
1. TWO YEAR EXTENSION ON CURRENT BUSH TAX RATE.
2. THIRTEEN MONTHS ON EXTENDING UNEMPLOYMENT ($56BILLION).
3. TWO PERCENT PAYROLL TAX CUT
4. DEATH ESTATE TAX EXEMPT FOR UP TO 5MILLION (10MILLION FAMILIES)

I sure hope they can find a way to pay for the $56billion. Considering that $319billion unployment benefit was already paid in the last 3years. This is now a right no longer a safety net.

GO AHEAD RE-WRITE HISTORY......

STALIN THE COMMUNIST HAS DONE IT, CHANGED HISTORY. KILLED PEOPLE TO FIT HIS OWN STORY. COMMUNISTS LEADER WHO TAKE OVER MAKES AMENDMENTS TO FIT THEIR OWN KIND OF HISTORY. ELIMINATING THE NAMES FROM BOOKS, RECORDS, DOCUMENTS....  AND NOW OUR OWN GOVERNMENT AGENCY (PARK SERVICE) CONTROLLING WITH THEIR OWN CORRUPTIBLE VIEW POINT OF HISTORY ARE DOING THE SAME THINGS. THE VERY SAME GOVERNMENT FOR THE PEOPLE BY THE PEOPLE RE-WRITING HISTORY.

"Each ranger leads a tour in his or her own way, weaving stories and information around core topics such as the drafting of the Declaration of Independence and the U.S. Constitution. Our staff is taught to present tours from multiple points of view and allow visitors to draw their own conclusions or, hopefully, be inspired enough to seek out more information on their own," the agency responded to a chaplain who challenged the accuracy of some of the information.

THIS WILL NOT STAND. HISTORY WILL CALL THEM FOR WHO THEY ARE.

WE HAVE AN HONORABLE PRESIDENT DIRECTING THE CHANGES.
“In the United States, our motto is ‘E pluribus unum’ — out of many, one,” he said
The official motto of the U.S. was established by law in 1956 as “In God We Trust.”
According to the Washington Times, members of the Congressional Prayer Caucus also remarked that President Obama has displayed “a pattern” of dropping references to God in his public addresses, previously leaving out references of the “Creator” in reciting men’s “endowed” rights spelled out in the Declaration of Independence.

THE PEEPING TOMS TSA CONTINUES

Donna D'Errico, 42, says the encounter occurred at LAX while trying to catch a flight to Pittsburgh with her son, Rhyan, 17.

"This could, and I'm sure does, happen to other women," she said. "It isn't right to hide behind the veil of security and safety in order to take advantage of women, or even men for that matter, so that you can see them naked. It's a misuse of power and authority, and as much a personal violation as a Peeping Tom. The difference is that Peeping Toms can have charges pressed against them."

D'Errico doesn't know of any other actresses or models who've had the same experience, but she believes other more effective and less invasive security measures should be implemented.

"One of my best friends was flying to New York for business, and at some point during the flight, she stood up to retrieve something from her bag in the overhead compartment," she said. "When she reached into her bag, something cut her hand. She looked into her bag and discovered a pair of 6-inch gardening shears which she had forgotten to remove prior to packing her bag.

"The bag, and my friend, had passed through security with no issues. How is this full-body scan supposed to be making us safer if 6-inch gardening shears can still make it aboard domestic flights undetected?"

THE SQUEALERS ARE SQUEAKING

They really, really want to raise taxes– Obama lackey Senator Claire McCaskill (D-MO CLASS I) and her democratic colleagues held a press conference today. The liberal senator called for violence if democrats don’t get their historic tax hikes.
McCaskill told the press that if democrats were not allowed to raise taxes on the rich,
“It really is time for Americans to take up pitchforks.“

The budget deficit has been 2.7 trillion the last 2 years. WE HAVE NUTZIS RUNNING OUR GOVERNMENT.

CALIFORNIA HOOKED LINE AND SINKING DUE TO ENVIRONMENTALISTS

With the WIKILEAKS showing how our own government ignored credible scientist versus rediculous policies on the environment due to the control freak mentallity what you get is a state like California who has fully embraced the environmentalist views which is now sinking the economy into high unemployment and the government into bankcrupcy. The once proud state which was independent in every possible way from it's agriculture to energy is now a slave to the environmentalist who have manipulated legislation over sanity.

The US diplomatic cables reveal how the US seeks dirt on nations opposed to its approach to tackling global warming; how financial and other aid is used by countries to gain political backing; how distrust, broken promises and creative accounting dog negotiations; and how the US mounted a secret global diplomatic offensive to overwhelm opposition to the controversial "Copenhagen accord", the unofficial document that emerged from the ruins of the Copenhagen climate change summit in 2009.

A government run amok who wants to control its people is not for the people and by the people. California will no doubt ask for a bailout and guess who pays for it, WE THE PEOPLE.
