MORE WISCONSIN EYE OPENER AND THE RADICAL UNION GRIP

EVERYONE IS AN INDIVIDUAL FIRST AND FOREMOST. THAT IS WHY WE CALL OURSELVES INDEPENDENT AND FREE. COLLECTIVISM WITHOUT INDIVIDUAL CHOICE LEADS TO TYRANNY OF THE INDIVIDUAL.

One, that government workers contribute half of the cost of their pensions. Ask anyone you know who works for private enterprise how much their company contributes to their retirement, would you? The highest I’ve heard is a matching contribution of 25 percent to a 401(k). The more common response was a laugh.
Two, that government workers pay for 12 percent of their health-insurance premiums. Or to put it another way, that the State can go from paying 100 percent to just 88 percent. Does anyone out there who is not sucking at the government teat have a deal this sweet?
Three, that government unions no longer be allowed to use collective bargaining to argue for pensions and other benefits. In this context, “collective bargaining” means “I ain’t gonna do what you want. And I’ll bust the skull of anyone else you hire to do it.”
Four, that the State will stop forcibly collecting union dues from its employees and turning the money over to union bosses. Union dues would become — gasp! — voluntary. No wonder the union leaders are quaking in their boots.
Five, the unions would be forced to let their members vote every year on whether they wanted to continue to be represented by the union. Can you imagine bringing democracy to rank-and-file union members? What an un-American idea! (Oh, wait, I think I got that wrong.)

MARXIST SOCIALIST VIEWS HAVE COME TO ROOST IN OUR UNIVERSITIES

SEE THE PROCESS FOR REMOVING A BAD TEACHER. THIS REALLY MEANS A JOKE ON US ALL. THIS TEACHER HAS NO INCENTIVE TO WORK TO TEACH. SO THE DUMMY-ING OF AMERICA CONTINUES AS LONG AS THE MARXIST UNION ARE IN CONTROL.

The question for decades has been, ‘Why can’t Johnny read?’ (And yes, I know it is the title of a classic phonics book.)  Sometimes the problem is Johnny, but many times it is a bad teacher with tenure.  The Chicago Tribune provides us with a rather graphic example of just how difficult it is to remove a bad teacher from the educational system.  Based on the current rules in the state of Illinois, mandated by union contracts, there are up to 27 steps that can take anywhere from two to five years before a bad teacher is booted from the classroom.

HONORABLE SEN FROM THE GREAT STATE OF (D) OHIO - SHERROD BROWN

( HITLER AND STALIN WERE THE UNIONS OF THEIR DAY SO OPPOSING OTHERS IS IN FACT THE SAME BEHAVIOR THESE UNION SUBSCRIBE TO NOW - TO BE LIKE THE MARXIST SOCIALIST AND COMMUNIST LIKE MANIFESTO. SO THANK YOU FOR POINTING THIS OUT OH SENATOR!!!)

Sen. Sherrod Brown (D-Ohio) took to the Senate floor Thursday to defend labor unions, saying that dictators like Adolf Hitler and Joseph Stalin opposed them.

Brown said that unions have wrongly come under attack from Republicans and conservatives, who are pitting workers against one another in states like his, where governments are taking action on anti-union legislation. Though he said he was not making a direct comparison, Brown claimed that "some of the worst governments we've ever had" have opposed labor unions.

WHEN A WEAK PRESIDENT SPEAKS MORE AGENT'S LIVES ARE PUT IN DANGER

(WHY IS THIS NOT SO UNBELIEVABLE? WHEN THE SAFETY OF A CITIZEN OF THIS UNITED STATES ARE NO LONGER PROTECTED UNDER THIS ADMINISTRATION, THEN THIS IS THE KIND OF WEAK RESPONSE WE CAN ONLY GET FROM THIS PRESIDENT. US CITIZENS NOW ARE TARGETS AND NO REPRISAL CAN  BE HANDED DOWN. THANK YOU MR PRESIDENT.)

President Obama on Thursday appeared to reject the idea of arming U.S. agents in Mexico, saying after a meeting with Mexican President Felipe Calderon that the two governments will look at other ways to protect American officials in the wake of a fatal shooting last month.

BHOCARE 7 DAYS LEFT TO LIVE AND LET DIE - FL FED JUDGE ASK WHERE'S THE STAY JACK?

Vinson said he had expected the government to ask for a stay of his ruling.

“It was not expected,” he wrote in his opinion Thursday, “that they would effectively ignore the order and declaratory judgment for two and one-half weeks, continue to implement the Act, and only then file a belated motion to ‘clarify.’”

That was the bottom-line result following a federal judge’s ruling Thursday giving the administration just seven days to file an expedited appeal either to the U.S. Supreme Court or the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals.

If the administration misses that deadline, it could face an injunction that would bring its implementation of Obamacare to a screeching halt in 26 states.

BALANCED BUDGET AMENDMENT - POOPED ON BY THEM DEMS

Sense of Senate on balanced budget amendment falls short

The Senate on Wednesday fell short by two votes of passing a non-binding "sense of the Senate" resolution calling on Congress to pass a balanced budget amendment to the Constitution.
The final vote was 58-40, with 60 votes needed to pass the amendment.
Freshman Sens. Mike Lee (R-Utah) and Pat Toomey (R-Pa.) presented the amendment to patent-reform legislation earlier in the week and argued for it prior to the vote Wednesday afternoon.

(When the old guard elitist  prefers business as usual this is the result:)

Floor manager for the Patent Reform Act, Sen. Pat Leahy (D-VT.), spoke out against the amendment but his criticism dealt with the way the freshmen senators used his bill as a delivery mechanism for their proposal.

(THIS JUST SHOWS HOW DEMS LACK THE EMPATHY FOR THE CONDITION THIS COUNTRY IS IN. THEY ARE LIVING IN A WORLD OF OUT OF CONTROL FANTASY. IF THEY ARE SERIOUS ABOUT FIXING THE OUT OF CONTROL DRACONIAN BHO BUDGET THIS WAS THE CHOICE TO MAKE. INSTEAD THEY POOPED ON IT.)

TSA AT WORK IS A BUNCH OF STOOGES WHILE OUR LIBERTY GOES OUT THE WINDOW

(ANOTHER FAR FLUNG GOVERNMENT AGENCY DOING NOTHING FOR THE PEOPLE BUT INTIMIDATION)

A passenger managed to waltz past JFK's ramped-up security gantlet with three boxcutters in his carry-on luggage -- easily boarding an international flight while carrying the weapon of choice of the 9/11 hijackers, sources told The Post yesterday.

The stunning breach grounded the flight for three hours Saturday night and drew fury from Port Authority cops, who accused the Transportation Security Administration of being asleep on the job.

"In case anyone has forgotten, the TSA was created because of a couple boxcutter incidents," said one PAPD source, referring to the weapons used by al Qaeda operatives to commandeer the jets they later slammed into the World Trade Center and the Pentagon on 9/11.

TSA IS OUT OF CONTROL WITH POWER - TO SCAN PEDESTRIANS NEXT

WHAT HAVE WE DONE AS A PEOPLE OF THIS UNITED STATES THAT WE OUGHT TO BE SUBJECTED TO SUCH AN OUT OF CONTROL AGENCY THAT TRAMPLES THE 4TH AMENDMENT. WE NO LONGER HAVE LIBERTY UNDER THIS TYPE OF GOVERNMENT.

Giving Transportation Security Administration agents a peek under your clothes may soon be a practice that goes well beyond airport checkpoints. Newly uncovered documents show that as early as 2006, the Department of Homeland Security has been planning pilot programs to deploy mobile scanning units that can be set up at public events and in train stations, along with mobile x-ray vans capable of scanning pedestrians on city streets.

IS THIS ECONOMIST FOR REAL OR BLOWING SMOKE UP HIS..... BUDGET 2011

A new report out Monday from Moody’s Analytics economist Mark Zandi estimates that the House-passed seven-month spending bill, which cuts $61 billion in spending, would cost 700,000 jobs by the end of 2012.

He predicts that this year the bill could cost 400,000 jobs and run the risk of a new recession.

A spokesman for House Speaker John Boehner (R-Ohio) discredited Zandi.
"The fact that a relentless cheerleader for the failed 'stimulus' - which the Democrats who run Washington claimed would keep unemployment below eight percent - refuses to understand that ending the spending binge will help the private sector create jobs is sad, but not surprising," said Boehner  spokesman Michael Steel.

(THE ONLY DRACONEAN ELEMENT OF THIS BUDGET IS THE 2011 3.7 TRILLION DOLLARS ON A 2.5TRILLION BUDGET.
WHEN 100BILLION IS CUT FROM THIS DRACONEAN BUDGET THIS STILL LEAVES YOU 3.6 TRILLION. WHO IS CRAZY ENOUGH TO BELIEVE THE SPEAL HERE.)
