ARE WE UNDER SEIZED... WE ARE UNDER ATTACK...

The illigals can come in to OUR COUNTRY without much effort. They have even tunneled their way in to this Country. When are the great Representatives of Washington DC call this as an outrageous act of attack upon this Nation, an act of aggression? Will it be when we are held as hostage in our own country?

Section. 8.The Congress shall have Power To lay and collect Taxes, Duties, Imposts and Excises, to pay the Debts and provide for the common Defence and general Welfare of the United States; but all Duties, Imposts and Excises shall be uniform throughout the United States;

When a soveriegn country is being siezed by those who are not of its citizen, but is a citizen of another country  what would you call it but an act of attack by another country Mexico.

AND THE SIEZURE BEGINS

We arleady have laws with due process clause. And now the government can due siezure without due process?

Amendment IV. (Ratified December 15, 1791)The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.

PERSONAL SANITARY NAPKINS NOW CONSIDERED AS INSANITARY CAUSE FOR PAT DOWNS

Forget concealed guns, knives, explosives, the real threat comes from gladrags.

SNITT SHOW STATES THAT AIRPORTS DOES NOT REQUIRE TO ADHERE TO THE Constitution Amendment IV.

So then we can all be treated as criminals first and foremost without due process in our airports. We can all be patted down and exmanined as though we are terrorists in our own country. This is becoming to be a police state action which will become the end of our liberty to travel freely across our free country. A government agency in charge without representation from the people or limitation from congress will eventually lead to control of the people.

14TRILLION DEBT- 6.1 TRILLION IN LAST SEVEN (7) YEARS (2.7 TRILLION IN TWO (2) YEARS)

PEOPLE ARE FED UP WITH ALL THE SPENDING:

http://trib.com/news/opinion/blogs/capitol/article_7b471b72-f803-11df-8010-001cc4c002e0.html

The federal debt has doubled over the past seven years (6.1TRILLION PLUS 2.7TRILLION LAST 2YEARS), to almost $14 trillion, and the growth is a result of both the financial crisis and the government's "unwillingness over many years to make the hard choices necessary to rein in our long-term structural deficit," Bair wrote.

US federal debt held by the public is now 62 percent of gross domestic product this year.

"Eventually, this relentless federal borrowing will directly threaten our financial stability by undermining the confidence that investors have in U.S. government obligations," Bair said.

http://www.cnbc.com/id/40378597

THE DEBT ELIMINATION CAN ALL BE ACCOMPLISHED BY HOLDING DOWN SPENDING. THE GOVERNMENT ALREADY TAKES IN 2.5TRILLION OF OUR MONEY IN 2010
PLEASE LIVE WITHIN THIS MEANS.

America cannot live with such deficits interminably. Deficits mortgage the livelihoods of future generations of Americans and ultimately put U.S. economic growth, stability, and reliability at risk.

Table 1 sets forth $343 billion in available spending cuts for the new Congress to consider when it takes up the federal budget for FY 2012. Many of the cuts fall into six areas:
  • Empowering state and local governments. Congress should focus the federal government on performing a few duties well and allow the state and local governments, which are closer to the people, to creatively address local needs in areas such as transportation, justice, job training, and economic development.
  • Consolidating duplicative programs. Past Congresses have repeatedly piled duplicative programs on top of preexisting programs, increasing administrative costs and creating a bureaucratic maze that confuses people seeking assistance.
  • Privatization. Many current government functions could be performed more efficiently by the private sector.
  • Targeting programs more precisely. Corporate welfare programs benefit those who do not need assistance in the American free enterprise system. Other programs often fail to enforce their own eligibility requirements.
  • Eliminating outdated and ineffective programs. Congress often allows the federal government to run the same programs for decades, despite many studies showing their ineffectiveness.
  • Eliminating waste, fraud, and abuse. Taxpayers will never trust the federal government to reform major entitlements if they believe that the savings will go toward “bridges to nowhere,” vacant government buildings, and Grateful Dead archives.[5]

WHO HAS MORE RIGHTS NOW

TSA CAN HIRE security worker who  is accused of abducting and sexually assaulting a woman who had previously been convicted of misdemeanor harassment and stalking.

TSA has a long list of “disqualifying offenses” for employment at the federal agency that operates airport security. Those offenses include felonies, violent crimes, theft, and crimes involving security and transportation. Regan checked the list and found that it did not include misdemeanor offenses of harassing and stalking.
A spokesman for the Transportation Security Administration said privacy laws precluded him from releasing any background information on King.

IS THIS THE BEGINNING TO OVERHAUL BHOCARE?

S. 3578: Small Business Paperwork Mandate Elimination Act

7/14/2010--Introduced.
Small Business Paperwork Mandate Elimination Act - Amends the Internal Revenue Code to repeal a provision (added by the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act) that extends to corporations that are not tax-exempt the requirement to report payments of $600 or more.

http://www.govtrack.us/congress/bill.xpd?bill=s111-3578&tab=summary

Sen Johanns’ (R-NE) revised proposal, to be voted on Nov. 29 as an amendment to a food safety bill, would repeal a change in tax reporting requirements ushered in by the health care law. Even Obama has conceded that the provision is onerous on small businesses and warrants adjustment.

IF THIS IS NOT PROPONENTS FOR MOLESTATION BY THE TSA WHAT IS IT?

TSO saying "heads up, got a cutie for you"

Last week, one of my flying partners (Captain with Skywest) was going through security at DEN with his 18 year daughter. As his daughter approached the detector, the TSO working the NoS said on his headset, "heads up, got a cutie for you." He then confronted the TSA clerk with what he said and that neither of us are going through the NoS. The TSA clerk said you must have misunderstood me.

He said pat-down was pretty evasive, and his daughter felt uncomfortable.

He is taking it up with Skywest, with this behavior. Normally, crews there go through a different screening area, but since he was with his daughter, he got to see the TSA clerks at their finest in Denver.

Its stories like this, is why I will not go through the NoS (radiation/health issues) and even refuse the the pat-down thus (if it happens while on duty) canceling the flight due to a hostile work environment.

I hope this gets resolves soon!! Got to fly....no NoS checkpoints on this trip so don't worry about a canceled flight from me!!

THE LAND OF THE FREE

THIS IS TSA (UNION) BULLYING AT ITS FINEST

According to an interview Tait gave to The Associated Press, he took the now-viral video of the boy subjected to the skin-baring search at the Salt Lake International Airport because he "realized something crazy was going on." The boy's father removed the child's shirt, apparently in order to prevent the TSA agent from touching the boy, who had been too shy to submit to a pat-down.

While the kid and his father were allowed to go through security, TSA agents came over and questioned Tait about his videotaping the incident and ordered him to delete the video. He refused, but was allowed to go to his gate where, Chaffetz says, TSA agents sat near him and communicated through walkie-talkies until he boarded his flight.

Chaffetz wrote Obama to say the incidents "do not speak well" of TSA's security measures.

"Surely it is possible to secure an airplane without sacrificing individual liberties or privacy. We can utilize bomb-sniffing dogs, AIT machines as a method of secondary screening, and behavioral profiling to accomplish the shared goal of safe and secure air travel," Chaffetz wrote, calling for an investigation of all parties involved.

THE THREAT TO OUR TRAVEL SAFETY HAS BEEN REVEALED

Sen. Joe Lieberman (I-Conn.), chairman of the Senate Homeland Security Committee, introduced legislation this past September that would authorize testing of body scanners at some federal buildings.

LOBBYIST HAVE WON TO SECURE OUR SAFETY IN OUR AIRPORTS 5.0MILLION DOLLARS WORTH.

Overall, Rapiscan has spent close to $3.6 million on lobbying since 2007, according to records.
Overall, L-3 has spent more than $1.4 million on lobbying since 2004,
There are already 385 body scanners at 68 airports, according to TSA.

When you have Linda Hall Daschle, a former administrator for the Federal Aviation Administration and wife of ex-Senate Majority Leader Tom Daschle (D-S.D.), is one of L-3’s best-connected lobbyists, NO WONDER WE ARE SO MUCH MORE SECURE.

 AND WAIT FOR IT.......

“In 2009, Rapiscan Systems briefly engaged Chertoff Group, led by Michael Chertoff, as a consultant,” Kant said in a statement to The Hill. “In that engagement, Mr. Chertoff and his staff of experts provided Rapiscan with advice and analysis with respect to a limited set of well-defined subjects unrelated to aviation security. Chertoff Group’s activities in that engagement were advisory, and neither Mr. Chertoff nor his staff has ever represented Rapiscan in any communications with the U.S. government.”

I FEEEEEEEL  SO SECURE NOW...... not!!!!!!

THE LAND OF GOLDEN NUGGETS WILL FILE FOR BANCRUPTCY

Apparently with the projected $6 billion shortfall in the current fiscal year’s budget, it's business as usual for the land of nuts and honey. Someone will need to deal with this growing debt. If truly a state can be independent this would be accomplished. But when a state suckles it's needs from the federal government this will be disastrous
in the making. When the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow is completely empty, there's only one way to balance the budget and that is live within your means.

THE MONSTROSITY HAS COME TO ROUST

What we they have sowed, have come to roost. The terrorists are now innocent and we the American citizens
are the guilty ones as now have been demonstrated in every airport throughout this country.

Ghailani, 36, the first ex-Guantanamo inmate to be tried in a civilian court, will still serve at least 20 years in jail and could be sentenced to life imprisonment after being found guilty of conspiracy against US property. But the New York jury cleared the Tanzanian national of all but one of 286 charges brought against him for the 1998 embassy bombings in Africa.

Gingrich blamed Holder for creating the conditions for Ghailani's legal victory.

"His rulings have been wrong. They've endangered our national security. They allowed a federal judge to throw out most of the evidence."

Terrorism cases shouldn't be tried in civilian courts, Gingrich says.
