THE OLD US TREATY BREAKING RULE IF YOU WANT IT THEN TAKE IT ATTITUDE OF OLD GROWS ITS NEW HEAD - AS S KOREA FTA TO BE REVIEWED EVEN WHEN AGRICULTURE EXPORT HAS GROWN THAT BRINGS ABOUT A CLOSER BALANCE TO THE TRADE DEFICIT

South Korea posted a huge trade deficit with the United States on agricultural products and livestock last year as their price competitiveness has attracted consumers, government data showed Saturday.

South Korea's agricultural goods and meat exports to the U.S.
reached US$716 million last year while imports amounted to $6.9 billion, according to the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs.

Seoul's trade deficit with the U.S. in the sector came in at $6.14 billion in 2016, the data showed.

The data came as the U.S. formally notified South Korea last week that it wants to start the process of revising the free trade agreement (FTA) between the two countries.

South Korea has said that the trade deal, which went into effect in 2012, has been mutually beneficial. But Washington said it has had a persistent goods deficit with South Korea for nearly two decades.

Seoul's imports of U.S. agricultural goods such as corn and wheat reached $4.3 billion last year. It imported livestock, including beef and pork, worth $1.8 billion, it showed.

Beef topped the list of import goods from the U.S. with $1.03 billion in imports. Its market share came in at 48.4 percent in the January-May period, followed by that of Australian beef with 42.8 percent.

THE 18TH CENTURY TRAIL OF TEARS IS ABOUT TO COME FULL CIRCLE IN THE 21ST CENTURY AS THE OLD POTUS ANDREW JACKSON OF DEPORTATION OF NATIVE AMERICANS FOR LAND, GOLD AND PRECIOUS METALS HAS COME ABOUT WITH THE NEW POTUS TRUMP IMMIGRATION DEPORTATION OF MIILIONS OF IMMIGRANTS OF NON-EU DESCENT SINCE AMERICA NO LONGER NEEDS IMMIGRANT SERVICES AS THE DACA, TPS, DAPA ORDERS MAY BE RESCINDED - THE NEW US MOTTO TO MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN- AS THE US CREATES A NEW CHAPTER IN US HISTORY BY REPEATING ITS PAST - WHEN ITS NOT AFFECTING YOUR FAMILY WHO CARES

President Donald Trump's top immigration official warned Hispanic members of Congress Wednesday that over a million people living in the United States under a special protected status could soon be placed in line for deportation.
Homeland Security Secretary John Kelly told members of the Congressional Hispanic Caucus that the fate of deferred action program known as DACA — Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals — will likely be determined by the courts, perhaps as soon as September, and that attorneys he’s consulted with do not think the program is legally sustainable. Kelly also would not commit to extending temporary protected status, or TPS, for nationals from Honduras, El Salvador, Nicaragua and four other countries, but indicated that TPS for Haitians will likely end.
“I have never left a meeting so emotionally affected than from what I just heard inside,” said U.S. Rep. Luis Gutierrez, D-Ill., who estimated that millions of people could be deported. “And I’m positive that my colleagues heard the same thing that I heard.”

EVEN DACA IS NO LONGER SAFE FOR BEING UNDOCUMENTED SINCE THE US IMMIGRATION HAS BEGUN THE RUBBER STAMPED OF YOUR OUT OF HERE PAPERS - AS THE DEMOCRATS DREAMERS EXECUTIVE ORDER LEAVES NO ONE IMMIGRANT STONE UNTURNED UNDER THE REPUBLICANS POGROM OF YOU ARE NOT WANTED HERE IN THE LAND OF THE FREE AS ANOTHER POTUS BHO EXECUTIVE ORDER BITES THE DUST AND HUMANITY WITHOUT DOCUMENTATION OR PROOF OF WHO AND WHAT YOU ARE MEANS YOU'RE OUT - UNLESS YOU CAN PAY THE HIGH PRICE LAWYER

Lawyers for Juan Manuel Montes, the first "Dreamer" deported under the Trump administration, alleged in court filings on Friday that the 23-year-old was improperly forced out of the U.S. by immigration agents, USA Today reported.
Montes has said he was picked up on the street by U.S. Customs and Border Patrol (CBP) agents after finishing dinner with a friend, and was subsequently deported, despite having been twice granted deportation protections under the Obama-era program known as Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA).
The Homeland Security Department has disputed Montes' story, saying they have no record that he was deported that night and that he crossed into Mexico on his own accord, thereby revoking his DACA status.
The statements filed in court come from the last people to see Montes in the U.S. before his deportation and the first people to see the man after he arrived in Mexico.

LET'S GET READY TO RUMBLE WITH HAWAII FEDERAL JUDGE DERRICK WATSON VS THE POTUS TRUMP RESTRICTION DECREE ON IMMIGRATION AGAINST THOSE DEEM NOT SAFE ACCORDING TO THE REPUBLICANS MANDATE FROM THE CHOSEN MUSLIM COUNTRIES - THAT BANS ANYONE NOT HAVING TOO CLOSE RELATIVES LIKE GRANDPAS AND GRANDMAS AND COUSINS, SISTER-BROTHER-IN LAWS, NIECES, NEPHEWS AND UNCLES, AUNTS THAT ARE ALREADY IN THE US

The Trump administration said Friday it would go to the Supreme Court to fight a Hawaii federal judge’s decision vastly expanding the number of people exempt from the government’s ban on travelers from six predominantly Muslim countries and all refugees.
U.S. District Court Judge Derrick Watson ruled Thursday that the government had failed to follow Supreme Court orders last month that established conditions for a partial revival of the ban, whose implementation had been blocked by the courts.
The decision does not halt the travel ban, which was reinstated by the Supreme Court on June 29 with exemptions for a limited list people with “bona fide” U.S. connections, such as close family members. But going against Trump administration policy, the ruling expands the exceptions to include travelers who have grandparents, grandchildren, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and brothers- and sisters-in-law in the U.S.
The judge also said that contrary to government policy, refugees cannot be blocked if they have “formal assurance” from U.S. resettlement agencies for relocation to the country — even if the refugees do not have relatives in the U.S.

THE HOME OF THE FREE IS NO LONGER THE CASE IF YOU DON'T HAVE PAPERS TO PROVE WHO YOU ARE AND WHAT YOU ARE - THE DRIVE FOR A NATIONAL FEDERAL IDENTITY TAG IS ON THE MOVE TO PROVE YOUR US CITIZENSHIP WHO EVER YOU ARE - AS THE THE POTUS TRUMP SPEAR HEADS THE CAUSE OF NO PAPERS YOU ARE OUT OF HERE FROM THE LAND OF THE FREE - EVEN IF YOU ARE A CRIMINAL OR NOT - NO ONE IS INNOCENT UNDER THIS ADMINISTRATION

.......In a pair of immigration executive orders signed in January, Trump sought to expand the use of expedited deportations, as one of several strategies to crack down on illegal immigration. Trump also has called for an additional 10,000 immigration agents and 5,000 border agents, penalties for sanctuary jurisdictions that refuse to cooperate with immigration agents, a “big, beautiful” wall along the U.S.-Mexico border and dozens of new immigration judges to slash the immigration court’s backlog of roughly 600,000 cases.

Trump has also lifted the Obama-era restrictions that shielded millions of undocumented immigrants from deportation if they had no criminal histories or were the parents of American-citizen children. Now, immigration agents are free to arrest anyone who is in the United States illegally.
In May, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement said it was arresting more than 400 immigrants a day. In the president’s first three months in office, ICE arrested 41,318 immigrants, up 37.6 percent over the same period last year. Most had criminal records, but the largest increase was among immigrants with no records at all.

FRANCE JOINS THE BANDWAGON OF RAISING ELECTRICAL RATES -EVEN WHAT IS ALREADY A CHEAP ELECTRICAL RATES - VIA NUCLEAR ENERGY - AS FRANCE ANNOUNCES IT TOO WILL CLOSE 17 OF ITS ZERO EMISSION NUCLEAR POWER PLANTS BY 2025

Nicolas Hulot, France’s environment minister, announced on Monday that France could close “up to 17 nuclear reactors” by 2025.

Hulot says the move aims to bring policy into line with a law on renewable energy that aims to reduce French reliance on nuclear power to 50 percent. France currently derives close to 75 percent of its electricity from nuclear power. The push for diversification comes on the heels of other high-profile stances taken by Hulot and the administration of President Emmanuel Macron, including a ban on new fossil fuel exploration an end to the sale of gas and diesel-powered vehicles by 2040, and a recently announced climate conference to be held on December 12 for the two-year anniversary of the signing of the Paris Accord.

THE QUEEN OF SPAIN MEETS THE QUEEN OF ENGLAND AT THE BUCKINGHAM BANQUET - DURING THE STATE VISIT

Tonight, King Felipe VI  and Queen Letizia of Spain are the guests of honour at a state banquet at Buckingham Palace. The event, which Queen Elizabeth II, the Duke and Duchess of Cornwall, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge and Prince Harry, among other members of the royal family, are also attending, marks the second day of the King and Queen of Spain's three day state visit to the UK.
There has been lengthy discussion as to whether Queen Letizia would opt for a Spanish designer, such as Carolina Herrera or Felipe Varela, both of whom she has looked to on countless occasions, or whether she would make a diplomatic sartorial choice this evening, aiming to tick two boxes at once, opting for a gown by Spanish fashion house Loewe, which is currently headed up by Irish designer Jonathan Saunders.

THE 2.5 MILLION MILES TRAVEL UBER DRIVER THAT KEEPS ON GOING - JACK PETERS FROM ORANGE COUNTY CA

With master driver Jack Peters at the wheel, I ride shotgun as we roam the highways and byways of Orange County picking up Uber riders and doing our best to stay alive.
A young man in a blue Toyota Corolla so new it still has stickers on the windows navigates the 405 Freeway with both hands texting. In Costa Mesa, a silver sedan runs a red light in front of us, crosses four lanes of traffic and blasts onto the 55 Freeway like there’s no tomorrow.
If rocketman continues his what-me-worry driving style, it’s likely there indeed will be no tomorrow for someone and — sorry pal — hopefully it will be only you.
Armed with 2.5 million miles of asphalt under his tires and a background of classes on defensive driving techniques, Peters is on a mission to ensure the innocents survive.

THAAD HITS THE BALLISTIC KIM BULLSEYE OVER IN ALASKA IRBM TEST ON JULY 11TH 2017 - SUCCESSFULLY TRACKED AND DESTROYED THE MISSILE

The United States on Tuesday announced a successful test of its missile defense system in the wake of North Korea's intercontinental ballistic missile launch last week.

The Missile Defense Agency said it conducted a test of the Terminal High Altitude Area Defense (THAAD) system earlier in the day by air-launching a ballistic missile target over the Pacific Ocean north of Hawaii. The test came a week after North Korea carried out its first test of an ICBM believed to be capable of hitting the continental U.S.

"A THAAD weapon system located at PSCA (Pacific Spaceport Complex) in Kodiak, Alaska, detected, tracked and intercepted the target," the MDA said in a news release. "Preliminary indications are that planned flight test objectives were achieved and the threat-representative, intermediate-range ballistic missile (IRBM) target was successfully intercepted by the THAAD weapon system."

Phillip Clay was a boy of 8 when he left the Eunpyeong Orphanage in South Korea, beginning a new life as the adopted son of a Philadelphia couple in 1983.
As he grew into adulthood he lacked direction, becoming trapped in a cycle of illegal drugs, jails, and mental-health centers.
He lacked something else too: U.S. citizenship, an oversight from an era when many parents didn’t realize that adoption and immigration were two separate processes.
Deemed legally undocumented and marked by a lengthy criminal record, Clay was deported to Korea in 2012. During the next five years he struggled to speak the language and to make connections in the robust community of Korean adoptees who have returned to their homeland in search of identity and birth-parents.
Two weeks ago, late on the night of May 21, Clay, 42, took an elevator to the 14th floor of an apartment building in the city of Ilsan. And from there he jumped.
“His death could have been prevented,” said Monte Haines, another deported adoptee, who knew Clay in Seoul.
