A conservative journalist was attempting to question Senator Harry Reid (D-NV) about how the Senator became so wealthy on a civil servant's salary - when Reid's bodyguard decided enough was enough and chose to end the attempted interview by getting physical!

Jason Mattera, author of the explosive new book CRAPITALISM: Liberals Who Make Millions Swiping Your Tax Dollars, recently caught up with Reid and asked him, “How did you become so rich working in government?” The senator refused to answer.

Mattera, who publishes Daily Surge, followed up. “How does someone on a government salary most of their career accumulate your type of wealth?” Still, there was no answer from Reid.

Questions surrounding Reid's wealth have long been pondered in the conservative journalist community. It seems odd that a man who came to Washington with no wealth, could amass such a fortune on such a small salary. While Reid makes far more than the average American, by no means can his salary account for his current wealth.
