When you have an 80yr old politician (The Honorable Rep. Rangel D- NY) who gets his hand caught in the great pot of gold at the end of the rainbow, this is your reward. When you forget to file for taxes this is all you get....
When the IRS audits the commoner, and finds grievous intent for falsifying their taxes the person is punished severely (even jail time). But if your the great nobleman who works for the people you get no more than a slap on the hand.
