The T-50 prototype first flew on 29 January 2010 and the first production aircraft is slated for delivery to the Russian Air Force starting in late 2016 or early 2017. The T-50 is expected to have a service life of up to 35 years.

Developed by Lockheed Martin, the F-22 Raptor is a twin-engine tactical fighter aircraft currently in use by the United States Air Force. It was designed to be an air superiority fighter, but is also equipped to conduct ground attack, signals intelligence and electronic warfare maneuvers. Boeing also collaborated with Lockheed Martin to construct the F-22s, contributing the wings, aft fuselages and training systems.
