HOLLAND AMERICA CARIBBEAN CRUISE SHIPS ROOM SERVICE ATTENDANT BEATING AND RAPE ATTACK ON A FEMALE CRUISER IN FEBRUARY LAST YEAR AND AN ATTEMPT TO MURDER BY TOSSING HER OVER BOARD GETS 30 YEARS JAIL TIME IN A MIAMI COURT ROOM AND THE HOLLAND AMERICA WILL NOW GET A LAWSUIT ASKING FOR $60 MILLION AND $400 MILLION IN PUNITIVE DAMAGES

SHE returned to her cabin and saw a figure lurking on the balcony. Within seconds, this woman was fighting for her life.

The then 31-year-old was raped, beaten and strangled on a Holland America ship by a crew member in February last year.

A lawsuit has now been filed in the Seattle district court, on behalf of the victim, seeking $60 million compensation and $400 million in punitive damages from the cruise ship operator.

The Mirror reports she was travelling alone on the popular cruise ship, which was sailing through the Caribbean the night before Valentine’s Day.

It’s believed Ketut Pujayasa, a room service attendant, accessed the woman’s room with his company-issued master key and waited for her return.
