Shocking new dash camera video released Friday shows a police officer firing shots at a minivan full of five kids after their mother appears to refuse to comply after being pulled over.

The video shows an unidentified New Mexico State Police officer confront Oriana Ferrell after stopping her vehicle on Oct. 28 for traveling 71 miles-per-hour in a 55 mile-per-hour zone.

Things escalate when Ferrell does not comply with the officer’s order to turn off her car, but instead chooses to drive off.

She pulls over again and the infuriated officer immediately demands she exit the driver seat and step out of the vehicle.
