SINCE THE POTUS CANNOT DEEM BY KINGSHIP WHICH LAW TO OBEY OR NOT OBEY, THE POTUS PENNACLE LEGISLATION CALLED ACA MUST BE SUED JUST TO MAKE IT FARE THAT ALL MUST SUFFER UNDER OBAMACARE FOR ALL MUST BE EQUAL UNDER THE LAW THAT DEMOCRATS BACKDOOR IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT A LEGISLATION THAT HAS BEEN 3 YEARS IN THE WAITING TO FIND OUT JOBS ARE LOST, FULL TIME LOWERED TO PART TIMERS, THOSE NOT WANTING TO BE INSURED WILL GET TO PAY A SPECIAL TAX, PREMIUMS TO RISE, AND THE POTUS GETS TO DECIDE WHO GETS SUBSIDIZED–YET THE DEMOCRATS PREFER INDIVIDUALS MUST GET TO PAY INTO OBAMACARE TO FOLLOW THE INDIVIDUAL MANDATE

A Florida orthodontist and conservative watchdog group filed suit Tuesday against the Obama administration for its delay of the employer mandate portion of Obamacare, arguing the president cannot pick and choose what parts of the law he wants to enforce.

Judicial Watch filed a lawsuit on behalf of Dr. Larry Kawa, owner of Kawa Orthodontics in South Florida, challenging Obama’s decision to postpone the employer mandate until 2015.
