WHY IS WELLS FARGO DENYING A LATINO US CITIZEN AN EDUCATIONAL LOAN UNDER DACA YET ALLOWS AN ALIEN A LOAN AT THE SAME TIME - THE POLITICAL AGENDA PROCESS IN THE WORKS COMES IN TO CHECK IT SEEMS

A woman who was granted Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) status under the Barack Obama regime is suing Wells Fargo after the bank denied her a student loan based on her citizenship status.
The woman, Mitzie Perez, is one of some 650,000 immigrants granted quasi-legal status under DACA. The program protects qualified applicants from deportation if they came to the U.S. as citizens and have clean records. The status allows them to apply for and be granted two-year renewable work permits.
She claims she searched Wells Fargo’s website for student loans last August. After submitting answers to a few questions, Perez claims she received a pop-up notice that read:
Thank you for your interest in a Wells Fargo student loan. However, based on information you provided, we do not have a student loan option that meets your needs. This could be due to the school you selected, your field of study, and/or your citizenship status.
