THE STATE OF CA DROUGHT MAP SNAPSHOT THIS APRIL 2015 - AFTER 20 YEARS OF DROUGHT YOU WOULD THINK THE LIBERAL RUN STATE WOULD HAVE HAD A VISION TO FIX THE PROBLEM INSTEAD OF LIVING OFF THE FOUNDERS WATER INFRASTRUCTURE–BUT THEN THIS IS SOCIALISM WHERE NO SACRIFICE BY THE LEFTIST LIBERALS ARE WARRANTED SINCE THEY CAN JUST LIVE OFF THE RICH AND OTHERS WITHOUT PAYING THEIR FAIR SHARE OF ACTUAL WORK
