So then we can all be treated as criminals first and foremost without due process in our airports. We can all be patted down and exmanined as though we are terrorists in our own country. This is becoming to be a police state action which will become the end of our liberty to travel freely across our free country. A government agency in charge without representation from the people or limitation from congress will eventually lead to control of the people.
Amendment IV.
(Ratified December 15, 1791)
The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.
