THE ATTACK ON THE FIRST AMENDMENT CONTINUES

Amendment I.
(Ratified December 15, 1791)
Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press, or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.

WHEN OUR VERY OWN GOVERNMENT DOES NOT EVEN FOLLOW OUR CONSTITUTION AND MAKE THEIR OWN LAWS, OUR VERY FREEDOM IS TRAMPLED UPON WITHOUT GRIEVANCE.

Sen. Jim Inhofe (R-OK) and Rep. Frank Lucas (R-OK) have responded to recent news that the Federal Reserve forced a local Oklahoma bank to remove Bible verses, crosses, and Christmas buttons from its grounds because they could be considered offensive. In a letter to Fed Chairman Ben Bernanke, and copied to Attorney General Eric Holder, the politicians say the move appears to be “without precedent” and may be in violation of “fundamental Constitutional protections.”

In a statement Friday, Sen. Inhofe and Rep. Lucas said they were “alarmed” about the  Federal Reserve’s “distressing interpretation” of Regulation B concerning the bank in Perkins, Oklahoma.
This is an all out assault on the faith, values, and rights of the bank, its employees and the people of Perkins they serve, Inhofe said. It is absolutely ridiculous for the regulation to be interpreted this way, and it unduly discriminates against a persons faith in Christ and their Constitutionally protected freedom to publically express that faith. It is simply another case of liberals in Washington overstepping their bounds and intruding in the lives of individuals. I expect the Federal Reserve to rectify this situation quickly.
Lucas said, The recent actions taken by the Federal Reserve at Payne County Bank are of great concern to me. I do not agree with its interpretation of Regulation B in this circumstance and believe that it infringes upon fundamental Constitutional rights afforded to all Americans. I encourage the Federal Reserve to review the situation and take the appropriate action to address it.

LET THIS FEDERAL RESERVE PROVE BY WHAT LEGAL ACTION DOES THIS ACTION  STAND UPON. POINT THIS OUT SO ALL AMERICANS CAN SEE THEIR DEVIANT DESIRE TO RE-WRITE HISTORY BY STALIN STANDARDS.
