DONALD Trump’s rally in Dayton, Ohio, took a dramatic turn overnight when a crowd member tried to rush the stage, throwing an object, causing Secret Service agents to form a wall around the Republican frontrunner.
Trump appeared visibly shaken as the offender was escorted out, but regained his composure while the audience chanted his name.
“I was ready for him,” Trump quipped, “but it’s much easier if the cops do it.”
The incident happened a day after Trump cancelled a rally in Chicago as hundreds of protesters waited for him, leading to scuffles between the protesters and his supporters.

It comes as Trump’s Republican rivals say they may renege on a pledge to support him if he is the party’s nominee, saying he is a creating a “toxic environment” of violence.
Marco Rubio, a Florida senator, told supporters that while he was currently sticking with his pledge to back the nominee if he wasn’t the party’s choice, “it’s getting harder every day.” Ohio Governor John Kasich said the “toxic environment” Trump is creating “makes it very, extremely difficult” to support him.
“To see Americans slugging themselves at a political rally deeply disturbed me,” he said while campaigning in Cincinnati. “We’re better than that.”

Senator Rubio and Governor Kasich have previously committed to backing Trump should he win the Republican nomination, despite reservations about his qualifications. Their extraordinary shift came hours after clashes between Trump supporters and protestersover the weekend in Chicago, and just a few days before Tuesday’s primary elections in five states, including Florida, Illinois and Ohio.

Trump has drawn fervent support as well as harsh criticism for his calls to build a wall along the US-Mexico border and to impose a temporary ban on Muslims entering the country.
His rallies often attract small groups of protesters, but Friday’s was the first at which there may have been as many protesters as supporters.
The two sides shouted at each other until a Trump campaign staffer appeared and announced the event would be put off until an unspecified date for security reasons. The cancellation followed an appearance by Trump in St. Louis, Missouri earlier on Friday during which protests forced the frontrunner to halt his speech repeatedly.

GOOGLE'S AI ALPHAGO JUST CAN'T BE BEAT AS HUMANS NO LONGER CAN TAKE ON THE AI NEW ALGORITHM AS S KOREA LEE SEDOL GO MASTER FOR TEN YEARS PSYCH MATCH AGAINST THE MACHINE GOES DEFENSELESS AS ALPHA GO TAKES 3 STRAIGHT GO WINS OF THE BEST OF 5 - AS LEE SEDOL CAN ONLY HOPE TO WIN ANY OF THE LAST TWO REMAINING MATCHES - THE AGE OF THE MACHINES ARE HERE AND ALIVE

A Google-developed computer programme won its best-of-five match-up with a South Korean Go grandmaster on Saturday, taking an unassailable 3-0 lead to score a major victory for a new style of "intuitive" artificial intelligence (AI).
The programme, AlphaGo, took a little over four hours to secure its third consecutive win over Lee Se-Dol - one of the ancient game's greatest modern players with 18 international titles to his name.
Lee, who has topped the world ranking for much of the past decade and had predicted an easy victory when accepting the AlphaGo challenge, now finds himself fighting to avoid a whitewash in the two remaining dead rubbers on Sunday and Tuesday.
"I don't know what to say, but I think I have to express my apologies first," a crestfallen Lee told a post-game press conference.

"I apologise for being unable to satisfy a lot of people's expectations. I kind of felt powerless," Lee said, acknowledging that he had "misjudged" the computer programme's abilities.
"Yes, I do have extensive experience in playing the game of Go, but there was never a case where I was under this much pressure.... and I was incapable of overcoming it," he added.
For AlphaGo's creators, Google DeepMind, victory went way beyond the $1 million dollar prize money, to prove that AI has far more to offer than superhuman number-crunching.
"To be honest, we are a bit stunned and speechless," said a smiling DeepMind CEO Demis Hassabis, who stressed that Lee's defeat in Seoul should not be seen as a loss for humanity.
"Because the methods we have used to build AlphaGo are general purpose, our hope is that in the long-run we will be able to use these techniques for many other problems," Hassabis said.

HONG KONG RELEASES AN INDIE MOVIE FOR THE PEOPLE TO SEE HOW LEFTIST AKA COMMUNIST SOCIALIST RUN TO SUPPRESS FREEDOM AND FORCE GOVERNMENT CONTROL ON PEOPLES THOUGHTS AND DECISIONS OF LIVING WOULD LOOK IN THE COMING YEARS IN THE YEAR 2025 - A HIT MOVIE CALLED TEN YEARS FOR INQUIRING MINDS LOOKING FOR A GLIMPSE OF WHAT A LEFTIST RUN FUTURE WOULD BE LIKE

Communist Party mouthpiece Global Times has called 'Ten Years,' comprising vignettes that reveal a dystopic vision of Hong Kong's future in which political freedoms have been eroded by China's control, a "virus of the mind."

This story first appeared in the March 18 issue of The Hollywood Reporter magazine. To receive the magazine, click here to subscribe.

The most talked-about recent film phenomenon in Hong Kong centers on the territory's tiniest local release. The dark, provocative indie drama Ten Years was produced on a microbudget of $75,000 and opened in December at a single cinema in Hong Kong's Yau Ma Tei district. A surprise run of sellout screenings resulted in the movie beating the local per-screen average of Star Wars: The Force Awakens, which opened the following day.
Ten Years comprises five shorts — all set in the year 2025, and each directed by a different Hong Kong filmmaker — that explore ways in which life in the territory might change during the next decade. Collectively, the vignettes reveal a dystopic vision of Hong Kong's future in which human rights and political freedoms in the semiautonomous territory have been eroded by the incursion of mainland China's control.
The film struck an immediate chord among a Hong Kong populace worried about its future.

NEW MEXICO BORDER PROBLEM THE IMMIGRANT FIASCO BEING SWEPT UNDER THE DEMOCRAT RUG OF AMNESTY AS US CITIZENS GETS THE DOOR SLAMMED IN THE FACE AS DEMOCRATS TOW THE LINE FOR PRO IMMIGRATION WITH NO BORDERS - THE CATCH AND RELEASE THE TIGER BY THE TOE METHOD OF SECURING ONE'S NATIONAL SECURITY AND ITS NONE PROTECTION OF CITIZENS ALONG THE US BORDER WITH MEXICO

Several hundred ranchers gathered at a small-town high school in the Bootheel on Thursday to rally against what they described as a broken border.
Also present were members and representatives of New Mexico’s congressional delegation and officials from public security agencies, including the Border Patrol, Army, National Guard and sheriffs. More than 600 people showed up at a school auditorium in Animas, population 237.
Ranchers here have been steaming over the reported kidnapping of a ranch hand in December, when drug runners allegedly hijacked the man’s vehicle, loaded it with narcotics and drove him to Arizona. He came home “roughed up,” his employer Tricia Elbrock said, but he survived the ordeal.
Concerns about border security have simmered for years for those who live among the region’s sprawling ranches and rugged mountain ranges. Sometimes, fears boil over, such as after the unsolved 2010 murder of southern Arizona rancher Robert Krentz, who was found shot dead on his property, or after the recent reported kidnapping.
“How many here think your border is secure?” Elbrock asked to laughs. “I say to all our representatives, come down here. Stay with us. Work with us.”
Someone in the crowd shouted, “Walk the border!”
