THE BODY OF JUDGE ANTONIN SCALIA HAS NOT EVEN SETTLED INTO ITS FINAL REST OF PEACE AND THE LEFTIST POTUS BHO CHAOS HAS ALREADY PICKED HIS LEFTIST NOMINEE FOR REPLACEMENT, JUDGE MERRICK GARLAND - CAN'T LET A GOOD THING GO TO WASTE THE LEFTIST MOTTO - AS THE DEMOCRAT MUST DEAL THE FINAL BLOW BEFORE THE MIDNIGHT RINGS IN THE LAST HOUR FOR THE DEMOCRAT TERM MUST END THIS 2016 - BUT ALAS THE HOUR IS NOT NIGH AND THE DIRTY DEEDS MUST BE FINISHED FOR THEN THE HOUR THUS COMETH

Judge Merrick Garland, Barack Obama's choice to be the next justice on the Supreme Court, ruled against Priests for Life in a case involving the HHS mandate.
He also gave ObamaCare subsidies a second chance at life in a separate case.
The two rulings give a window into the philosophy of Judge Garland, whom the National Organization for Women referred to as a “cipher” with little paper trail on issues related to abortion or other feminist concerns.

ObamaCare's HHS mandate opt-out does not violate the Constitution

Priests for Life sued the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) over its mandate that employers provide contraception, sterilization, and abortifacient drugs to female employees with no co-pay. The group can opt out of the provision by filing paperwork, which requires its insurance company to provide birth control for “free.”
Like the Little Sisters of the Poor, Priests for Life argues that this step also infringes on its freedom of religion by forcing it to participate in the process of contraceptive and abortifacient distribution, something the Roman Catholic Church describes as a “grave sin.”
When the pro-life organization appealed a lower court's ruling, a three-judge panel of the Washington, D.C.-based Second Circuit ruled against them.
Supreme Court justices combined Priests for Life v. HHS with six other cases into one overall hearing on the HHS mandate. Oral arguments are scheduled for next Wednesday.
All three judges were appointed by Democratic presidents, and the decision was written by Judge Cornelia Pillard, an Obama appointee.

SO THE DENIAL THAT I DON'T SEE NO GHOST ERR TERRORISTS AMONGTS US - AS THE PARIS ACCORD OF TERROR FINALLY GETS CAPTURED AFTER THE HORRIFIC MURDER OF 130 PARISIANS IN 2015- AS THE LAST SURVIVING MUSLIM BANNER OF KILLER OF PARIS SUSPECT GETS ARRESTED SALAH ABDESLAM

A suspect in last year's terrorist attacks in Paris was captured alive on Friday.
Salah Abdeslam, 26, was injured in a shootout with authorities in the Molenbeek area of Brussels, Belgium, but survived and was taken by authorities. Two others were wounded, CNN said.
Counterterrorism adviser Lisa Monaco briefed President Obama on the arrest of Abdeslam in Belgium, according to a White House official.
Belgian asylum and migration minister Theo Francken tweeted "we got him" in Dutch, an apparent reference to the capture.
Abdeslam, a French national who grew up in Brussels, fled the scene of the November Paris attacks for Belgium by car. The Associated Press reported that five people were detained in raids in Brussels, including three who sheltered Abdeslam.
The coordinated attacks across Paris killed 130. Police believe he played a role in the logistics of the attacks and escorted three suicide bombers who blew themselves up outside of a stadium during a soccer game.

WHAT LOOKS TO BE THE POTUS GOP FOR 2016 MAN WITH NO PATH TO A NOMINATION KEEPS ON GOING WITH THE STUMP TO BE THE SPOILER FOR HISTORICAL PURPOSES - AS JOHN KASICH USES HIS SELF TO BE USED BY THE GOP ESTABLISMENT - AS THE MAN WITH NO NOMINATION PATH EXCEPT FOR THE CONTROVERSIAL CONVENTION VOTING SELECTION - SO THE WISH UPON THE STAR CONTINUES

John Kasich, whose presidential run has largely been based on the faith that voters would reward him for his optimistic message, is now relying on a campaign strategy that could leave voters out of the equation.
Even with his first primary win in his home state of Ohio on Tuesday, Kasich still needs an unattainable 106 percent of the remaining delegates to clinch the GOP nomination, according to the NBC News' delegate count. The Buckeye State governor is justifying his continuation in the race by touting a campaign strategy that would require delegates at the convention to choose him over either Donald Trump or Ted Cruz -- both of whom will likely have more votes, delegates and primary state victories than Kasich.
